Butterfly and Birds Photography Trip
Day 1: Arrival
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, meet and greet by your driver guide and proceed to accommodation.
Overnight Lake Victoria View Guest House
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, start the drive to Murchison birding and butterfly watching enroute. After lunch, continue with the drive to accommodation via the top of the falls.
Dinner and Overnight at Pakuba Safari Lodge
Day 3: Game drive and Boat Trip.
After an early breakfast we will proceed for an all morning game drive; look out for butterflies like Yellow Spendour Tip, Diverse White, Grizzled Bush Brown, Clover Blue, etc. Lunch then head for a magical boat trip up to the bottom of the Falls, and it is possible to view hundreds of hippos, crocodile, and a variety of bird life. Look out for birds like Abyssinian Ground Hornbill, Black-headed Plover, Swallow-tailed Bee-Eater, Red-throated Bee-eater, Black-billed Barbet, Spotted Morning Thrush, White-browed Sparrow Weaver and more. Look out for mammals like the Graceful Roth child Giraffe, Lelwel Hartebeest, Uganda Kob, Bushbuck, Defassa Waterbuck, Lake Chad Buffaloes, Elephants, Warthog, Hippos, Oribi and when lucky a leopard and Lion among others.

Day 4: Game drive and Transfer to Masindi.
After an early breakfast and with our lunches, we will proceed for an all morning game drive to fill in the gaps and then drive head to Masindi.
Dinner and overnight at Masindi Hotel.
Day 5: Royal Mile.
After breakfast, we will proceed for the drive to the Royal Mile where we will spend as much time as we want playing about with our toys. Lots of butterflies to be seen like Bush Bronze, White Barred Charaxes, Western Red Charaxes, Forest Mother of Pearl, Blue Spot Pansy, Soldier Commodore, etc.
Dinner and overnight at Masindi Hotel.
Day 6: Second day at the Royal Mile.
After breakfast, we will proceed for the drive to Royal Mile where we will spend as much time as we want playing about with our toys (gadgets) for a second day. Look out for more butterflies and birds.

Day 7: Drive to Fort Portal.
Today After breakfast, we will proceed for a long drive to Fort Portal stopping at every photographic opportunity that will present itself.
Dinner and overnight Chimpanzee Guest House.
Day 8: Transfer to Semuliki.
After breakfast, we will start descending down to the rift valley as we drive alongside the Rwenzori Mountain ranges on a winding road as we slope down to Semuliki.
Dinner and overnight at UWA bandas.
Day 9: All day in Semuliki.
Breakfast at leisure as we wait for the magical time to come and then we enter the forest to look for them flying creatures coming back in time for lunch. Semuliki is a Hornbill city so expect to see lots of different species plus butterflies like Forest Glade Nymph, Varible Diadem, Common Yellow Glider, Shining Green Forester, etc.
Dinner and overnight at UWA bandas.

Day 10: Second day in Semuliki.
Another day at semuliki to fill in the gaps
Dinner and Overnight at Enganzi Game Lodge.
Day 11: Transfer to Lake Mburo.
After breakfast we will proceed for the drive to Lake Mburo with a lunch stop along the way. Dinner and overnight at Rwakobo Rock.
Day 12: Game drive and Boat Trip.
After breakfast we will proceed for a morning walk looking out for butterflies like Small Flame-Bordered Emperor, Pearl Charaxes, Dark Banded Scarlet, etc. Note that the wildlife here includes Zebra, Giraffe, Impala, Eland, Defassa Waterbuck, and Bushbuck among others. Lunch then, head for a boat trip and see who would get the best African Finfoot photograph.
Dinner and Overnight at Engagi Lodge.
Day 13: Drive to Mpanga Forest towards Kampala
Today we head to Mpanga Forest for an opportunity to photograph more butterflies.
Dinner and overnight at Mpanga Forest.
Day 14: Mpanga Forest.
After breakfast, we head for our walk in Mpanga again, lunch then transfer to Entebbe.
Overnight at lake Victoria View Guest House.
Day 15: Departure
Breakfast at leisure, clean the machines, pack the bags, early lunch and then transfer to Entebbe International Airport in time for your return flightC
