Itinerary
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, meet & greet by your driver guide, and proceed to the accommodation about 7 minutes away.
Overnight at Airport Link Guest House (Full Board).
Early breakfast and drive to Mabamba Wetlands, where you will get on a motorized boat and be driven through the swamp. Look out for the mighty Shoebill and other birds like Pink-backed Pelican, Long-tailed Cormorant, Squacco Heron, Yellow-billed Duck, Malachite Kingfisher, Long-toed Plover, Blue-headed Coucal, Blue-breasted Bee-eater, and more. Lunch at Nkima Forest Lodge, bird the forest, and then later in the day, bird your way back to Entebbe looking out for birds like African open-billed Stork, Grey Kestrel, African Green Pigeon, Great Blue Turaco, Ross’s Turaco, Red-headed Lovebird, Swifts, Sunbirds, Weavers, Finches among others.
